THE MEN'S SHELTER PROVIDES A SHORT-TERM PLACE TO STAY FOR UP TO 15 HOMELESS MEN AND IS NEAR CAPACITY ON MOST DAYS. IT WAS LOCATED AT MERCHANT STREET FOR MANY YEARS.
