THE ORGANIZATION PRODUCES HIGH QUALITY CONFERENCES TO UPDATE ATTENDEES ON CURRENT LAW ENFORCEMENT ADVANCEMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED TO SATISFY PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING. IN ADDITION, CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS ARE PROVIDED TO MAINTAIN CERTIFICATION FOR BOTH KANSAS AND MISSOURI MEMBERS OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY. APPROXIMATELY 360 PEOPLE ATTEND OUR CONFERENCES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SENDS ONE PERSON ANNUALLY TO A YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.
