ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI HEALTH PARTNERS (AVCHP) DEVELOPS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT IMPROVE ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE AND IMPROVES HEALTH IN THE COMMUNITIES SERVED. SUPPORT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS AFFILIATED WITH ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI HEALTH. AS A PART OF ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI HEALTH, A CATHOLIC HEALTH SYSTEM, AVCHP SHARES THE MISSION OF "ROOTED IN THE LOVING MINISTRY OF JESUS AS HEALER, WE COMMIT OURSELVES TO SERVING ALL PERSONS WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO ARE POOR AND VULNERABLE.
