THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, TO RAISE AND COLLECT FUNDS FOR THE UPPER REACH, INC TO ASSURE THAT THEY CAN CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO WYANDOT COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 (OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW).
