THE COPIAH COUNTY PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE OPERATED FOR PURPOSES OF PROMOTING AND ASSISTING COPIAH COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER, A MISSISSIPPI NOT-FOR-PROFIT COMMUNITY HOSPITAL CREATED AND OWNED BY COPIAH COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOSPITAL FACILITY AND RAISING OF FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF HEALTH CARE RELATED SERVICES TO BENEFIT THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF THE CITIZENS OF THE COUNTY.
