SUPPORT OF ONGOING LITIGATION IN THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN. PRESERVE OLD MISSION HAS INTERVENED IN SUPPORT OF THE TOWNSHIP GOVERNMENT AND USES ITS PUBLIC CONTRIBUTIONS TO ENGAGE LEGAL COUNSEL IN THIS INTERVENTION ON BEHALF OF THE RESIDENTS OF PENINSULA TOWNSHIP, MI. WE HAVE ALSO PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT INFORMING TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS OF THE ISSUES THROUGH REGULAR NEWSLETTERS, EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND THE UPKEEP OF THE PROTECT THE PENINSULA WEBSITE.
