TOPGOLF CARES WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO MEMBERS OF THE TOPGOLF INTERNATIONAL, INC. ("TOPGOLF") FAMILY, WHICH INCLUDES TOPGOLF'S EMPLOYEES, FORMER EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE FACED WITH SEVERE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. SPECIFICALLY, TOPGOLF CARES WILL PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ELIGIBLE GRANTEES WHO ARE IN NEED OF SHORT-TERM ASSISTANCE DUE TO AN UNFORESEEN EMERGENCY OR HARDSHIP, SUCH AS A NATURAL DISASTER, FIRE, DEATH OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EMERGENCY. CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER INTERNAL REVENUE CODE 501(C)(3) INCLUDE RELIEF OF THE POOR AND DISTRESSED.
