COMPELLED BY OUR BROKEN HEARTS, SEEING FAMILIES PULLED APART, WE ARE DEDICATED TO HELP RECONCILE LGBTQ INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHILE HELPING THEM MOVE CLOSER TO JESUS WHERE HEALING AND PERSONAL GROWTH OCCURS.

IN 2022 WE CONTINUED TO DEVELOP DEEPER RELATIONSHIPS WITH DONORS YIELDING AN INCREASE OF 11 DONORS, FIVE OF WHICH ARE NEW MONTHLY DONORS. WE GREW OUR VOLUNTEER TEAM FROM 32 IN 2021 TO 62 LEADERS IN 2022. OUR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE CREATED A PARENT CARE LEADER TRAINING MANUAL ALONG WITH COMPLETING A ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING MANUAL AND CHURCH PARTNERSHIP LEADER TRAINING MANUAL. THE COMMITTEE ALSO BROUGHT ON NEW ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELORS AND TRAINING MENTORS. WE SERVED 289 INDIVIDUALS WITH ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING AND COACHING IN 2022. AS OF OCTOBER WE HAD 25 GROUPS TOTALING 592 INDIVIDUALS BEING SERVED. WE ARE NOW REACHING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN 45 STATES, PUERTO RICO AND 21 FOREIGN COUNTRIES. IN 2022 WE LAUNCHED SPEAKERS SERIES TO WIDE ACCLAIM AVERAGING 432 REGISTRATIONS PER EVENT. WE MORE THAN DOUBLED OUR SUBSCRIBER BASE AND ESTABLISHED 15 NEW CHURCH PARTNERSHIPS.
