JUMPSTART IS ACTIVE IN MULTIPLE STATES WITH GROWING INTEREST AS THE PROGRAM HAS PROVEN ITS EFFECTIVENESS IN DRAMATICALLY REDUCING RECIDIVISM FROM THE NATIONAL RATE OF GREATER THAN 70% TO LESS THAN 5%. OVER 120 HAVE GRADUATED FROM THE PRISON PROGRAM IN ALABAMA WITH ACTIVE CLASSES IN GEORGIA, OHIO, AND SOUTH CAROLINA. THE OHIO AND SOUTH CAROLINA SUBORDINATES HAVE THEIR OWN EIN'S AND FILE FORM 990 SEPARATELY.
