COMPASSION CARS PROGRAM PROVIDES SAFE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO ECONOMICALLY VULNERABLE FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS AT NO TO LITTLE COST TO THEM. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IN MONTANA IS A VITAL COMPONENT FOR SELF-SUFFICIENCY, THE CARE OF CHILDREN, STABLE EMPLOYMENT, AND THE PURSUIT OF EDUCATION. IN 2019 A SHOP BUILDING WAS PURCHASED TO PROVIDE AN AREA TO INSPECT AND PREPARE PURCHASED VEHICLES FOR DISTRIBUTION FOR THOSE IN NEED. IN 2020, LAND WAS PURCHASED IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT A LARGER SHOP FACILITY IN THE NEAR FUTURE FOR THIS EXPANDING PROGRAM.
OUR INTERNATIONAL COMPASSSION PROGRAM SUPPORTS FAMILIES AND PROVIDES WHEELCHAIRS FOR DISABLED CHILDREN, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, VEHICLES, CLOTHING, WINTER GEAR, SHOES AND BOOTS, FOOD, BABY SUPPLIES, MEDICINES, AND VITAMINS TO SHELTERS, ORPHANAGES, FOSTER FAMILIES AND THE DISABLED IN BELARUS, UKRAINE, AND THE PHILIPPINES. IN PRIOR YEARS, THE PROGRAM HAS ALSO ASSISTED WITH DAMAGED ROOF AND HEATING SYSTEM REPLACEMENTS.
BIRD OF PRAY FOUNDATION PROVIDES HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT THROUGH BUILDING RENOVATIONS, FOOD BASKETS, CLEANING SUPPLIES, AND MOBILTY DEVICES TO HUNDREDS OF CHILDREN IN SHELTERS, SCHOOLS, AND ORPHANAGES BY PROVIDING FUNDS TO DOMESTIC ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE ASSISTING DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN AND THE DISABLED.
