IT IS A BODY OF KNOWLEDGE AND A SYSTEM OF ETHICS BASED ON THE BELIEF THAT EACH MAN HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPROVE HIMSELF WHILE BEING DEVOTED TO HIS FAMILY, FAITH, COUNTRY AND THE FRATERNITY.
