THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH THE KITCHEN, INC. TO PROVIDE A TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR HOMELESS WOMEN RECOVERING FROM HOSPITALIZATION. WE PROVIDE PAID STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS TO GIVE CARE FOR 40 HOURS DURING THE WEEK AND 16 HOURS ON THE WEEKENDS. THE RESPITE PROVIDED 718 OVERNIGHT STAYS AND 2,154 MEALS TO 33 WOMEN IN 2022.
PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION TO GUESTS FOR HOSPITAL VISITS, DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS, PICKING UP PRESCRIPTIONS, AND OTHER NECESSARY TRAVEL. PROVIDED 142 TAXI RIDES IN 2022.
