ASSOCIATE APPRECIATION HOLIDAY GIFT PROGRAM:THE ASSOCIATE APPRECIATION FUND COMMITTEE OPERATING UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE RESIDENT COUNCIL (BOARD OF DIRECTORS) PROVIDED CASH GIFTS TO 208 EMPLOYEES OF TRILLIUM WOODS IN DECEMBER 2020 AMOUNTING TO $242,913. THE GIFTS WERE IN LIEU OF TIPS WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED IN TRILLIUM WOODS. EACH ASSOCIATE ON THE EMPLOYEE ROLLS AS OF THE END OF NOVEMBER 2020 RECEIVED THE SAME AMOUNT PER HOUR OF SERVICE PROVIDED IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. THE FUND SPENT $61.99 ON CHECK SUPPLIES. IN DECEMBER 2019 THE FUND PROVIDED GIFTS TO 213 ASSOCIATES AMOUNTING TO $ 205,035. NON-DEDUCTIBLE RESIDENT DONATIONS TO THIS PROGRAM ARE RESTRICTED IN USE ONLY TO THE ANNUAL ASSOCIATE GIFT PROGRM.

THE LIBRARY COMMITTEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION OF LIBRARY LOCATIONS THROUGH OUT THE TRILLIUM WOODS CAMPUS. IN THE FISCAL YEAR THE COMMITTEE SPENT $ 538.31 FOR THE PURCHASE OF NEW BOOKS AND LABEL SUPPLIES. BOOKS THAT ARE REMOVED FROM CIRCULATION ARE DONATED TO A CHARITY.
