THE DIALYSIS AND KIDNEY TRANSPLANT FUND, INC. SERVES MEMBERS OF THE PLAIN COMMUNITY OF OHIO BY HELPING TO NAVIGATE THE COMPLICATED HEALTHCARE SYSTEM OF KIDNEY DIALYSIS AND KIDNEY TRANSPLANTS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH KIDNEY RELATED MEDICAL COSTS THROUGH GENEROUS GIFTS AND SUPPORT FROM THE PLAIN COMMUNITY. IN ORDER TO PROMOTE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, THE ORGANIZATION MAKES DISBURSEMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE MEDICAL PROVIDERS AND IS ALSO INVOLVED IN THE BILLING PROCESS FOR LARGER COSTS SUCH AS KIDNEY TRANSPLANTS.
