ALLYSHIP PROGRAM - TRAIN ENGAGED COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO BE BRIDGE-BU1LD1NG ALLIES THAT PROMOTE SOCIAL JUSTICE AS A WAY OF LIFE. IN 2021, SERVICE NEVER SLEEPES TRAINED OVER 2,700 ALLIES, HOSTED ITS 2ND ANNUAL ALLYSHIP SUMMIT VIRTUALLY, AND SAW ITS TRAINING WORK RESULT IN 94% OF TRAINING PARTICIPANTS COMMITING TO AN ALLYSHIP LIFESTYLE.
FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM THIS PROGRAM IS A YEAR-LONG PROGRAM THAT PAIRS YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN THE DC METRO AREA WITH LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE SKILLS-BASED SERVICE ON A PART-TIME BASIS. THE FELLOWSHIP IS DESIGNED TO BUILD LEADING ALLIES BY FOSTERING LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS THROUGH STRUCTURED SERVICE PROJECTS AND MONTHLY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS.
