THE PURPOSE OF THE PHOENIX FINAL FOUR LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE (PLOC) IS THE OPERATION AND STAGING OF THE 2024 NCAA MENS FINAL FOUR IN ORDER TO GENERATE ECONOMIC IMPACT IN ARIZONA THROUGH TOURISM AND TO PROVIDE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR STUDENT-ATHLETES, ALUMNI & VISITING FANS.

THE PLOC RAISES FUNDS IN ORDER TO PAY THE EXPENSES FOR THE MARKETING AND OPERATION OF THE 2024 NCAA FINAL FOUR.


THE PLOC COORDINATES ALL LOCAL OPERATIONS FOR THE HOSTING OF THE 2024 NCAA FINAL FOUR, INCLUDING COORDINATING TRANSPORTATION, LODGING, VOLUNTEER OPERATIONS, STADIUM OPERATIONS AND EVENT OPERATIONS.
