WELLNESS PROGRAM: THE FIT AND FOOD CONNECTION PROVIDES GROUP FITNESS, GROUP NUTRITION, AND ONE-ON-ONE COACHING, WHERE WE CUSTOMIZE PROGRAMMING FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL. COACHING INCLUDES GUIDANCE ON GROCERY SHOPPING AND FOOD PREPARATION. WE ALSO EDUCATE OUR CLIENTS ABOUT STRETCHING, DE-STRESSING, AND SLEEPING BETTER. WE ARE ALWAYS COOKING WITH THEM TO SHOW WHAT HEALTHY EATING LOOKS LIKE. WE HELP PEOPLE CREATE HEALTHY SMILES AND REACH THEIR HEALTH GOALS, WHICH ULTIMATELY BUILDS SELF-CONFIDENCE. THIS YEAR, OUR PROGRAMS SERVED OVER 1,000 LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.
