TO SEEK OUT, PROPERLY RECEIVE, INVEST, AND DISTRIBUTE GRANTS OR GIFTS MADE TO THE FOUNDATION, AND TO DISTRIBUTE THE SAME, SUBJECT TO ANY LIMITATIONS ON GIFTS RECEIVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOUNDATION'S BYLAWS, POLICIES, VISION AND VALUES.
