CROSSROADS OSG IS WHOLLY-OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY THE CHURCH AND WAS FORMED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF UTILIZING NEW MARKET TAX CREDITS TO REHABILITATE THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS "OLD ST. GEORGE CHURCH AND LOCATED AT 42 CALHOUN ST., CINCINNATI, OHIO 45219 (THE PROPERTY). THE CHURCH PROVIDED FUNDS TO CROSSROADS OSG TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY AND WILL USE THE NEW MARKET TAX CREDITS AND OTHER LOANS TO HELP FINANCE THE OVER $12,000,000.00 REHABILITATION PROJECT (THE PROJECT) TO RENOVATE THE PROPERTY FOR USE AS ONE OF THE CHURCH'S LOCATIONS. CROSSROADS OSG HOLDS TITLE TO THE PROPERTY FOR THE CHURCH AND ENTERED INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CHURCH WHEREBY THE CHURCH WILL BE THE SOLE TENANT AND WILL PAY RENT TO CROSSROADS OSG IN AMOUNTS SUFFICIENT TO REPAY THE LOANS AND OTHER SOURCES OF FUNDS USED TO DEVELOP THE PROJECT.
