ALL FUNDS WERE RAISED AND SPENT TO RENOVATE A TEEN ROOM FOR THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF GREATER LEE COUNTY IN 2022. THE EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE RENOVATION AND CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PROJECT FOR A WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING CENTER LOCATED AT 200 S. 6TH STREET IN OPELIKA, ALABAMA, WHICH WILL HOUSE THE OPELIKA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, THE OPELIKA CHAMBER FOUNDATION, AND AUBURN-OPELIKA TOURISM, IN ADDITION TO A BUSINESS INCUBATOR AND TRAINING FACILITY.
