DPAC LEADS A COALITION OF OVER 20 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO PROMOTE PASSING DRUG REBATES ON TO PATIENTS AT THE POINT OF SALE DURING THEIR DEDUCTIBLE PERIOD.REBATE PASS THROUGH PROGRAM


DPAC IS PARTY TO A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES OVER THEIR RULING WHICH ALLOWS COPAY ACUMULATOR PROGRAMS TO EXIST WITHIN COMMERCIAL HEALTH PLANS. THESE PROGRAMS DIVERT THE VALUE OF MANUFACTURER ASSISTANCE PLANS FROM PATIENTS TO INSURANCE COMPANIES.HHS LAWSUIT
