TTF DISTRIBUTES ITS FUNDS TO EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT CONDUCT RESEARCH, STUDIES, AND ANALYSIS RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH/SAFETY, ANIMAL WELFARE, AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES. THE FUND SEEKS TO FOCUS ON SAFE ALTERNATIVES TO ENVIRONMENTAL THREATS, PUBLIC HEALTH PROBLEMS AND ANIMAL WELFARE ISSUES. THE FUND WILL CONCENTRATE ITS EDUCATIONAL AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES IN COMMUNITIES AND NEIGHBORHOODS MOST DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY CONTAMINATION, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON LOW- AND MIDDLE-INCOME, MULTICULTURAL, AND RURAL COMMUNITIES
