CERTIFICATION: THE INSTITUTE CONDUCTS CERTIFICATION EXAMINATIONS IN ORDER TO RECOGNIZE PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. THESE EXPENSES ARE RELATED TO THE EXAM DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF EIGHT CREDENTIALS FROM EARLY CAREER TO SENIOR-LEVEL HR PRACTICE. THE INSTITUTE UTILIZES PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION COMPANIES TO SUPPORT THE EXAM DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING PROCESS, AND SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS TO WRITE AND PEER REVIEW EXAM CONTENT AT EACH STAGE OF THE PROCESS. THE INSTITUTE OFFERS WORLD-CLASS LEARNING DEDICATED TO HELPING PROFESSIONALS ACHIEVE NEW COMPETENCIES THAT DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS.
