CHINESE FAMILY FOR CHRIST USA IS A NONDENOMINATIONAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, PARTNERING WITH CHINESE CHURCHES THROUGH FAMILY MINISTRIES SUCH AS RETREATS, SEMINARS, PUBLICATIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES, TO PROMOTE HEALTHY MARRIAGES, STRENGTHEN AND RENEW CHRISTIAN MARRIAGES AND FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS, AND TO SHARE THE GOSPEL AMONG THE CHINESE COMMUNITY, LEADING CHINESE FAMILIES TO CHRIST, BRINGING ABOUT LIFE TRANSFORMATION AND ENCOURAGING ALL TO LIVE OUT A LIFE PROCLAIMING AND WITNESSING THE GOOD NEWS.
RIVER OF LIFE FOUNDATION- THE ORGANIZATION IS TO CONSOLIDATE RESOURCES FROM CHINESE AMERICAN COMMUNITY TO HELP THOSE WHO ARE IN GREAT NEED OF HELP ALL OVER THE WORLD. IN 2018, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUE THEIR FREE LAPTOP PROGRAM FOR SOUTH BAY STUDENTS. OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS, THE ORGANIZATION HAVE GIVEN MORE THAN 100 NEEDY STUDENTS FREE COMPUTERS BY THE PROGRAM.
THE MAX EDUCATION FUND: THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE STUDENTS. IT HELPS TO SUPPORT CAMPUS PRIORITIES,INCLUDING SCHOLARSHIPS, BUILDING PROJECTS, RESEARCH EFFORTS, AND INITIATIVES OF SPECIFIC SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, PROGRAMS. IT WORK WITH THE CAMPUS TO UNDERSTAND THE UNIVERSITY PRIORITIES, ENCOURAGE GIFTS TO FUND THOSE PRIORITIES AND HELP DONORS TO FIND THE RIGHT FIT FOR THEIR PHILANTHROPY.
APCF AND ITS NETWORK OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDE LINGUISTICALLY AND CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES TO OVER 1,250,000 RESIDENTS THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN 43 ASIAN AND PACIFIC ISLANDER LANGUAGES IN ADDITION TO ENGLISH AND SPANISH. THE ASIAN PACIFIC COMMUNITY FUNDS MISSION IS TO CULTIVATE PHILANTHROPISTS TO INVEST IN COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THAT EMPOWER UNDERSERVED ASIAN AND PACIFIC ISLANDERS TO PROSPER.
