Part 3 - Line 1

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PERSONALIZED MENTORSHIP PROGRAM TO VETERANS OF ALL ERAS AND ALL BRANCHES OF SERVICE. THROUGH THESE MENTORS, WE PARTNER WITH EXPERTS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE TRANSITIONAL JOURNEY; WHETHER IT IS SPIRITUAL, PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMPLOYMENT, PERSONAL FINANCE, FAMILY OR EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

VETERAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THE VDP IS A TRANSITIONAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIERS WHO ARE TRANSITIONING FROM THE US ARMY'S 75TH RANGER REGIMENT TO CIVILIAN LIFE. THE HOLISTIC PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FOCUS ON FOUR (4) KEY AREAS TO EMPOWER THE VETERAN. THESE FOUR AREAS INCLUDE: PERSONAL FINANCE, VA GUIDANCE, PHYSICAL WELLNESS AND HOW TO CONVERT LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO THE CIVILIAN WORLD. THIS PROGRAM ENGAGES THE VETERAN AND CONTINUES TO GUIDE THE VETERAN EVEN BEYOND THE INITIAL ONE WEEK PROGRAM.

THE THREE RANGERS FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE 75TH RANGER REGIMENT'S UNIT LEVEL TRANSITION PROGRAM, RANGER FOR LIFE, BY ENSURING BENCHMARK ASSISTANCE FOR OUR VETERANS THROUGH AN EXTENSIVE TRUSTED NETWORK OF FORMER RANGERS WITHIN THE TRANSITION BIG 5: EDUCATION; FINANCIAL WELLNESS; BENEFITS/MEDICAL; FITNESS AND WELLNESS; TRANSITION MENTORS AND NETWORKING.

OUR TRANSITIONAL MENTORSHIP AND NETWORKING PROGRAM OFFERS A ONE-TO-ONE EXPERIENCE TO ESTABLISH AN INITIAL ROADMAP AND CONTINUES TO GUIDE AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ACTIVE AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE 75TH RANGER REGIMENT. CURRENTLY, THE TRF RANGER MENTOR NETWORK IS COMPRISED OF OVER 500 VETERAN RANGERS REPRESENTING A VARIETY OF INDUSTRIES. FEW TRANSITIONING VETERANS HAVE A SET CAREER PATH UPON LEAVING THE MILITARY BUT DO HAVE A DESIRE TO FIND JOB SATISFACTION AND WORTHWHILE WORK, SIMILAR TO THE LIFE THEY HAD IN REGIMENT.
