TRANSFORMING COLORADO'S EARLY CHILDHOOD WORKFORCE IS AN INITIATIVE TO INCREASE THE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF EFFECTIVE AND DIVERSE EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNING PROFESSIONALS THROUGH IMPROVING WORK CONDITIONS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS, AND PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR EMERGING LEADERS.


HB21-1304 IS A PROJECT TO ENGAGE STAKEHOLDERS IN PLANNING FOR A NEW DEPARTMENT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD AND UPK IMPLEMENTATION.


FRIEND FAMILY & NEIGHBOR (FFN) CAREGIVERS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD IS A PROJECT TO ENAGE FFN CAREGIVERS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD SYSTEMS BY ENSURING THAT FAMILY, FRIEND, AND NEIGHBOR CAREGIVERS ARE RECOGNIZED, SUPPORTED, AND INTEGRATED INTO SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS.
