SPRING IMPACT DELIVERS PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATIVE SERVICES THAT HELP OUR CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR SOCIAL MISSION. USING AN APPROACH THAT COMBINES LEAN INNOVATION AND SOCIAL REPLICATION METHODS, SPRING IMPACT HELPS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND FUNDERS TO ACCELERATE THE WAYS THEY ACHIEVE THEIR IMPACT GOALS. THESE SERVICES ARE DELIVERED THROUGH COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS THAT IDENTIFY BOTH THE PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED AND EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE WAYS TO SOLVE THEM AT SCALE. OUR WORK INCLUDES FACILITATED WORKSHOPS, FIELD VISITS TO UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS OF CONSTITUENTS, RUNNING A SERIES OF LEAN EXPERIMENTS IN THE FIELD, SYSTEMS MAPPING AND FINANCIAL MODEL DEVELOPMENT, AND DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF TOOLS AND RESOURCES REQUIRED FOR IMPLEMENTING SOLUTIONS AT SCALE. SPRING IMPACT WORKS WITH FUNDERS TO IDENTIFY WAYS TO SHIFT SYSTEMS AND SCALE HIGH IMPACT SOLUTIONS AND INFLUENCE THE SOCIAL SECTOR TO STRENGTHEN AND ENABLE MORE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO SCALE THEIR IMPACT. SINCE INCEPTION IN 2011, SPRING IMPACT HAS COMPLETED OR ASSISTED WITH OVER 240 PROJECTS, IN 50 COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD, IN A RANGE OF ENGAGEMENTS FROM ONE-DAY WORKSHOPS TO MULTI-YEAR PARTNERSHIPS.
