CIRCLES OF SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY (COSA FRESNO) IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO CREATING SAFE COMMUNITIES BY SUPPORTING ADULTS IN REENTRY. THROUGH MUTUAL CARE, SUPPORT, AND ACCOUNTABILITY WE FOSTER A CULTURE OF WELL-BEING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.

VORP SERVED 80 YOUTH FROM JULY 1, 2020 JUNE 30, 2021 WHO WERE REFERRED BY SCHOOLS, COURT, PROBATION OR COMMUNITY FOR CJC RESTORATIVE PROCESSES. 13 PARTICIPATED IN MEDIATIONS THAT INCLUDED VICTIM MEETINGS, OFFENDER MEETINGS, FAMILY GROUP CONFERENCES, A MEDIATION, AND FOLLOW UP, AND 67 COMPLETED CJC INSIGHT AWARENESS COURSES. COURT DISMISSED ALL CHARGES FOR YOUTH THAT COMPLETED THESE PROCESSES. VORP PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT AN SUPPORT FOR YOUTH ENGAGED IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. VORP ALSO TRAINED 20 STUDENTS/COMMUNITY MEDIATORS.
