PROGRAM NAME: HERIZON MISSION GIVE A VOICE TO THE VOICELESS AND POWERLESS - IDENTIFY MARGINALIZED GROUPS OF WOMEN AND GIRLS AND BRING THEM INTO THE MAINSTREAM. 1.NURTURE WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP IN A COMPREHENSIVE WAY. 2.DEVELOP THE NEXT GENERATION OF WOMEN LEADERS TO CHANGE THE DYNAMIC FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS IN EVERY ARENA. 3.EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ON PRESSING ISSUES AFFECTING WOMEN AND GIRLS, EXAMINE HOW PROBLEMS AFFECT MEN AND WOMEN DIFFERENTLY, AND DEVELOP INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS TO SOCIAL INEQUITIES.
