CONDUCTED A 12-WEEK JOB READINESS PROGRAM FOR 4 UNHOUSED ADULTS, TEACHING THEM COFFEE MANUFACTURING SKILLS SUCH AS ROASTING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, LOGISTICS, AND ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS INCLUDING TEAMWORK, COMMUNICATION, PUNCTUATION, PRESENTABILITY, AND SANITATION. 3. ONE PARTICIPANT FROM THE PROGRAM GAINED FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT, WHILE THREE OTHERS OBTAINED PART-TIME JOBS, DEMONSTRATING THE PROGRAM'S EFFECTIVENESS. 4.
