FOR THE 2022 FISCAL YEAR, THE SOCIETY HELD A SUCCESSFUL CONFERENCE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI, MIAMI, FL WITH 103 ONSITE ATTENDEES. WE CONTINUED TO PUBLISH SEMIANNUAL NEWSLETTERS AND 4 MANUSCRIPTS WITH THE ANNALS OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE JOURNAL. WE ALSO LAUNCHED A WEBINAR SERIES AND HELD 5 WEBINARS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FEATURING GLOBAL GOVERNANCE SCHOLARS. MEMBERSHIP STAYED RELATIVELY STABLE REPRESENTING 28 COUNTRIES.
