TRAILSFORYOUTH.ORG (TYO) MISSION IS TO MENTOR AT-RISK YOUTH AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN TO BENEFIT FROM A HEALTHY, ACTIVE LIFESTYLE THROUGH SAFE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES. OUR MOTTO IS "TEACHING KIDS TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES ON THE TRAIL AND IN LIFE!".

Part 3

EXPENSES REPRESENT ALL TRAINING, FOOD, EQUIPMENT, HYDRATION, FIRST AID AND ALL ELEMENTS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT AND RUN THE PROGRAM FOR THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTING THE MISSION AND USED AT 127 EVENTS IN 2021.


MINOR PROGRAM SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGY EXPENSES TO RUN PROGRAMS


AMOUNT REPRESENTS THE EMPLOYEES HIRED TO RUN ALL PROGRAMS WHICH SUPPORT AND FULFILL THE MISSION. IN 2021 5 EMPLOYEES WERE HIRED TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAMS (127 EVENTS) OF WHICH 4 WERE PART-TIME JUNIOR COUNSELOR'S AND 1 WAS A FULL-TIME EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. PART TIME EMPLOYEES ARE PARTICIPATING IN OUR JR. COUNSELOR JOB TRAINING PROGRAM.
