ON OCTOBER 2, 2020, THE RESERVE BUILDING AND ALL RELATED ASSETS WERE SOLD TO AN OUTSIDE THIRD PARTY. UNTIL THAT DATE, THE RESERVE PROVIDED 121 RESIDENTIAL UNITS TO THE ELDERLY. THE SERVICES INCLUDED PHYSICAL CARE, MENTAL HEALTH CARE, AND CIVIC, RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE ELDERLY.
