TO PROMOTE THE SERVICES AND QUALITY OF WORK OF OUR MEMBERS AND TO OUR COMMUNITITES, AND TO EXPAND THE POTENTIAL FOR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. NECA PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH MANY SERVICES AND PROGRAMS BUT NONE MORE IMPORTANT THAN LABOR RELATIONS, ADVOCACY AND EDUCATION. THE ASSOCIATION OFFERS SUPPORT IN THE AREAS OF SAFETY, INNOVATION, BUSINESS, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH VARIOUS MEETINGS AND EVENTS, IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE SUCCESS OF OUR INDUSTRY.
