CORPORATION'S PURPOSE SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, UPKEEP, REPLACEMENT, ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF THE COMMON AREA WITHIN THE BUSINESS PARK; TO PAY ANY OTHER NECESSARY EXPENSES AND COSTS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION; AND TO PERFORM SUCH OTHER FUNCTIONS AS MAY BE DESIGNATED TO CORPORATION FROM TIME TO TIME.
