CARCC OWNS AND OPERATES CRAWLEY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AND MERCY RESTORATIVE CARE. CRAWLEY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL HAS A 35 BED LTACH IN CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA, WHICH WAS CLOSED IN MARCH 2022. MERCY RESTORATIVE CARE IS A 40 BED LTACH IN CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA. LTACHS PROVIDE A VENUE OF CARE FOR PATIENTS THAT REQUIRE EXTENDED LENGTHS OF STAY IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING. TYPICALLY, LENGTHS OF STAY WILL AVERAGE 25 DAYS OR LONGER. CONDITIONS APPROPRIATE FOR THE TREATMENT IN AN LTACH INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: MEDICALLY COMPLEX, RESPIRATORY DISORDERS INCLUDING TRACHEOTOMY, VENTILATOR DEPENDENT, CARDIAC/CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONS, RENAL DISEASE, ONCOLOGY AND WOUND CARE.
