CRIME RESEARCH GROUP IS A NON-PROFIT CRIMINAL AND JUVENILE JUSTICE RESEARCH CENTER. CRG WAS ESTABLISHED IN JULY 2014 TO ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING GOALS 1) TO COLLECT AND ANALYZE CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION; 2) TO PRODUCE GENERAL INFORMATION AND STATISTICAL REPORTS ON CRIME, CRIMINAL OFFENDERS, AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE; 3) TO PROVIDE AND COORDINATE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE LEGISLATURE AND TO STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, THE COURTS AND CORRECTIONS; AND 4) TO ASSIST WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF EVIDENCE-BASED CRIMINAL AND JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEMS. CRG PROVIDES EVALUATION SERVICES,ANALYZES CRIME TRENDS AND CONDUCTS CRIME ANALYSIS, AND RESPONDS TO DATA REQUESTS FROM CRIMINAL AND JUVENILE JUSTICE PRACTITIONERS. CRG ALSO CONDUCTS COST-BENEFIT ANALYSES, PROVIDES TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND CONVENES MEETINGS WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND POLICY EXECUTIVES TO DISCUSS ISSUES RELEVANT TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE.
