THE TEXAS SOLAR POWER ASSOCIATION LAUNCHED IN MARCH 2014 AND PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED THE ORGANIZATION IN JUNE WITH 13 CHARTER MEMBER COMPANIES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES INFORMATION TO MEMBER COMPANIES ON KEY REGULATORY AND LEGISLATIVE DEVELOPMENTS AND PROVIDES A FORUM FOR RESPONSE AS NECESSARY. TSPA STRENGTHENED RELATIONSHIPS WITH A WIDE RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS THAT ENGAGED IN ENERGY POLICY SUCH AS PUBLIC POWER UTILITIES AND HOMEBUILDERS. THE ORGANIZATION ENGAGED IN SEVERAL REGULATORY PROCEEDINGS THAT AFFECTED THE SOLAR INDUSTRY, PROVIDED WRITTEN INPUT.
