THE BIG IDEA PROJECT IS A STUDENT TRANSFORMATION ORGANIZATION THAT EXISTS TO UNLEASH THE POTENTIAL OF STUDENTS BY PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITES IN HIGH SCHOOLS TO DEVELOP STUDENT LEADERSHIP, WELLBEING, WORKFORCE READINESS AND SOCIAL EMTIONAL SKILLS.

BIG IDEA PROJECT (HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM)FROM JULY 1ST OF 2021 THROUGH JUNE 30TH OF 2022, THE BIG IDEA PROJECT CURRICULUM WAS USED IN 13 HIGH SCHOOLS BY 23 TEACHERS TO ENGAGE OVER 600 STUDENTS IN 150 SERVICE ORIENTED PROJECTS. THESE STUDENTS REACHED OUT TO VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO SERVE AS GENEROUS LEADERS AND IMPACT THEIR COMMUNITIES. HOWEVER IT WAS IMPACTED BECAUSE OF COVID AND SCHOOLS MOVING TO ONLINE.
