THE MISSION OF THE VOICE FOR CLINTON COUNTYS CHILDREN IS TO ADVOCATE AND TO SERVE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF CHILDREN IN OUR COMMUNITY.

OUR CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER (CAC) IS MADE UP OF A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS WHO WORK TOGETHER TO INVESTIGATE ALLEGATIONS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE, PHYSICAL ABUSE, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, AND WITNESS TO VIOLENCE. THE GOAL OF CAC SERVICES IS FOR INVESTIGATIVE TEAMS TO WORK TOGETHER TO INSURE YOUNG VICTIMS ARE SUPPORTED.
THROUGH OUR CASA (COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES) PROGRAM WE SERVE APPROXIMATELY 40% OF CHILDREN WHO ARE IN FOSTER CARE. VOLUNTEERS, WHO ARE HIGHLY SCREENED AND TRAINED, ARE APPOINTED TO THE COURT. CASA VOLUNTEERS VISIT THEIR APPOINTED CHILD OR SIBLING GROUP EVERY 7 TO 10 DAYS. CASA REPORTS ARE SUBMITTED TO THE COURT REPORTING ON THE CHILD(RENS) EXPERIENCES AND ADVOCATING FOR NEEDS.
WE PROVIDE OUR COMMUNITY WITH TOYS FOR TOTS. IT IS OURCOMMITMENT TO SERVING OUR COMMUNITY TO ENSURE THE HOLIDAYS WILL REMAIN BRIGHT FOR ALL CLINTON COUNTY CHILDREN AND YOUTH.
