THE COLUMBUS REALTORS FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING: MAKING GRANTS TO CHARITABLE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS, MAKING SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS PURSUING REAL ESTATE STUDIES, MAKING GRANTS TO PROGRAMS FOR COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT AND ASSISTING PERSONS AFFILIATED WITH THE CENTRAL OHIO REAL ESTATE COMMUNITY IN NEED OF BASIC NECESSITIES AS A RESULT OF DISASTER OR OTHER SEVERE HARDSHIP.

PROVIDE GRANTS TO LOCAL NONPROFIT HOUSING RELATED ORGANIZATIONS / AFFORDABLE HOUSING ENTITES, EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS STUDYING REAL ESTATE AND AFFILIATED AREAS OF FOCUS, FUND ANNUAL DAY OF SERVICE, AND OPERATE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUND FOR MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL OHIO REAL ESTATE COMMUNITY.


HELP FUND A ORGANIZE ANNUAL REALTOR CARE DAY, A STRATEGIC DAY OF SERVICE FOR NEARLY 500 REALTORS AND THEIR FAMILIES ACROSS CENTRAL OHIO. PROVIDE GRANTS TO LOCAL AREA REALTY ASSOCIATIONS HOSTING OWN PROJECT AND FUND ANNUAL MAIN PROJECT IN NEIGHBORHOODS IN NEED.
