Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3
IN 2022, CASA BETHESDA PROVIDED JOBS TO SOME 30 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY WHERE JOBS ARE SCARCE. WE ARE HONORED TO BE ABLE TO ASSIST PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY WITH FUNDS TO FEED AND CLOTHE THEIR FAMILIES. ADDITIONALLY, DURING 2022, CASA BETHESDA HOUSED 12 AT RISK CHILDREN. NOT ONLY DID WE PROVIDE FOOD, CLOTHING, AND HEALTHCARE, WE ALSO MADE SURE THAT EACH OF THEM WERE PROVIDED AN EDUCATION AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT IN A LOVING AND SAFE HOME. ALL OF THESE CHILDREN CAME FROM GANG RIDDEN COMMUNITIES AND EXTREME POVERTY WITH A BLEAK FUTURE AHEAD OF THEM. WE HELPED MANY MEDICAL PATIENTS WITH NO FINANCIAL MEANS RECEIVE PROPER HEALTHCARE AND OTHERS TO ENTER REHABILITATION FACILITIES. WE ALSO CONTINUED WITH FOOD AND CLOTHING DISTRIBUTION TO THE POOREST FAMILIES AROUND US. WE ALSO HELPED THE SAME FAMILIES WITH SCHOOL UNIFORMS AND SCHOOL MATERIALS SO THAT THEIR CHILDREN CAN ATTEND SCHOOL. A NEW PROGRAM WE STARTED IN 2022 WAS HELPING CHILDREN WITH NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE. PATIENTLY WALKING THROUGH THE RED TAPE AND DIFFICULTIES OF THIS PROCESS, WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE THIS LIFE CHANGING DOCUMENTATION TO FAMILIES WHOSE CHILDREN WOULD HAVE BEEN CONFINED TO REPEAT THE CYCLE OF POVERTY WITHOUT IT.
