Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
WE HOSTED OUR 7TH ANNUAL COBRA DAY WHERE VISITORS CAN BRING THEIR CAR AND SHOW IT. IT IS A WELL-ATTENDED EVENT BY THE COMMUNITY AND IS HELD TO EDUCATE ATTENDEES ABOUT THE CARS PRODUCED BY SHELBY AMERICAN. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, WE HAD MULTIPLE EDUCATIONAL EVENTS TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE MUSEUM. WE WERE ABLE TO HOLD FOUR, A REDUCED AMOUNT FROM A NORMAL YEAR DUE TO COVID. THE MUSEUM EXISTS TO SHOWCASE AND EDUCATE VISITORS ON THE HISTORY OF RACING AUTOMOBILES. EACH MONTH THERE IS A DAY FOR THE PUBLIC TO VISIT, LEARN AND SHARE ABOUT CARS PRODUCED BY SHELBY AMERICAN. WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE TWELVE OPEN HOUSE DAYS AND AT AN EXTREMELY LIMITED CAPACITY EARLY IN THE YEAR, AND THEN EXPANDED THAT AS THE YEAR WENT ON.
WE HOSTED A SWEEPSTAKES, WHICH WAS THE BEST EDUCATIONAL EVENT WE HAD, AS IT ALLOWED US TO BE SEEN ON SOCIAL MEDIA, IN PRINT MAGAZINES, AND EMAILS THAT ALLOWED US TO EDUCATE FOLKS THAT ARE TYPICALLY BEYOND OUR PHYSICAL GRASP.
