PATIENT VOLUME HAS REMAINED OVER 5,000. TELEMEDICINE FOR RENEWAL OF SPECIFIC MEDICATIONS HAS REMAINED IN 2021. THE UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF NURSING FACULTY RECEIVED A GRANT FROM THE VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH THAT HAS ENABLED THEM TO CREATE APPROACHES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH HYPERTENSION AND APPLY THOSE WITHIN THE PRACTICE GROUP SETTING.
