PATIENT VOLUME HAS REMAINED OVER 5,000. TELEMEDICINE FOR RENEWAL OF SPECIFIC MEDICATIONS HAS REMAINED IN 2022. THE UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF NURSING FACULTY RECEIVED CONTINUED FUNDING FROM THE VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH THAT HAS ENABLED THEM TO CREATE APPROACHES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH HYPERTENSION AND APPLY THOSE WITHIN THE PRACTICE GROUP SETTING. MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT) IS FIRMLY ESTABLISHED WITH 30 PATIENTS RECEIVING MAT AT THE PRACTICE.
