CCV OPERATED A DAY CARE FACILITY FOR DISABLED CHILDREN IN THE PHU NINH DISTRICT. WE PROVIDE A FULL DAY OF SPECIAL EDUCATION AND ACTIVITIES TO 14 CHILDREN WITH INTELLECTUAL AND EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES.
