WE SERVE PRIMARILY LOW-TO MODERATE-INCOME NEW YORKERS EARNING ROUGHLY 50 TO 90 PERCENT OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME. SINCE OUR INCEPTION, HABITAT DEAN STREET HDFC HAS SERVED MORE THAN 1,900 FAMILIES THROUGH OUR HOMEOWNERSHIP, HOUSING PRESERVATION AND ADVOCACY.
