MISSION: TO REALIZE A STRONG FINANCIAL, LEADERSHIP, AND MISSIONAL SRM BY CONNECTING THE WIDER BODY OF THE CHURCH WITH THE KINGDOM WORK IN KARAMOJA, UGANDA. OBJECTIVE FOR 2020-2023: 1. EXISTING AND NEW CONGREGATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE CONNECTED WITH THE SPIRITUAL AND MATERIAL WORK OF THE KINGDOM IN KARAMOJA. 2. THE LEADERSHIP OF SRM ARE GROWING IN KINGDOM-BASED MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES AS THEY BUILD A HEALTHY AND FAITHFUL ORGANIZATION 3. A CLEAR, ACCOUNTABLE, AND ACCESSIBLE FUNDRAISING MECHANISM IS STEWARDED THAT TAPS INTO THE RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS THAT HAVE A COMMON MISSION AND PURPOSE.
