DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC, ALL RESIDENTIAL RECOVERY ACTIVITY WAS CLOSED IN 2020 AND DID NOT GET FULLY REOPENED UNTIL AFTER MID-YEAR 2021.NEVER-THE- LESS, NINE MEN AND FIVE WOMEN WERE RESIDENTS IN THE PROGRAMS DURING 2021. FIVE MEN AND THREE WOMEN GRADUATED DURING THE YEAR. AT YEAR-END 2021 THE RESIDENTIAL FACILITES HAD SIX MEN AND THREE WOMEN IN RESIDENCE.
