THE KEY ORGANIZATIONAL ROLE OF THE CRI IS TO FACILITATE AND PROMOTE THE PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS AMONG THE COMMUNITY LEADERS / STAKEHOLDERS WITHIN ACADEMIA, GOVERNMENT, AND INDUSTRY IN ENUNCIATING THE VISION TO CREATE A REGIONAL CYBER TECHNOLOGY CLUSTER THROUGH PROGRAM SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES THAT FOLLOW A REGIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEMS APPROACH THAT INCLUDE A HIGHLY DEVELOPED RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ACCESS TO A HIGHLY QUALIFIED WORKFORCE.
