TO SEEK OUT, PROPERLY RECEIVE, INVEST, AND DISTRIBUTE GRANTS OF GIFTS MADE TO THE CORPORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CORPORATION'S BYLAWS, POLICIES, AND VISION AND VALUES; THIS SHALL INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RECEIVING OF MONETARY GIFTS, GRANTS, MEMORIALS, MONETARY AWARDS AND OTHER INCOME.
